Outlandish that the brand new inspire hr i bought from target in July 2020 wasn't pulled from shelves. Now after i paid for it spent 45 min setting it up. Then i see screen is barely visible in mild sun.
Then i see on the help boards this issue all over it from 2019 and tons in February.
How can a company treat new paying customers like this!

Hi @DimScreen2020, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. The brightness of your Inspire HR display should be easy-readable, otherwise, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.

That does not work. It hasn't worked for anyone once in all the help threads complaining for well over a year.
Can't understand why this was sold at Target knowing it has this issue.
You basically stole money for a product unusable un daylight.

Thanks for your reply @DimScreen2020.
I'm sorry to know that your issue persists even after trying the restart process. What you can also try is to change the clock face of your Inspire HR and let me know if the issue persists. If so, please send me a picture of your Inspire HR display to further investigate.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

I'll take to up on that assistance. Send me a prepaid shipping label to return this. You can send me a new Fitbit that can be seen outdoors in even a mild cloudy day.
Thanks in advance. This has been very very frustrating.
