I took my Fitbit inspire HR off for a while yesterday and when I went to put it back on the display was no longer working. When I press the button on the side it will respond by vibrating if you hold it in but there is no display at all.
it appears to still be tracking steps and it seemed that the heart rate function was working however after a nights sleep I realised it is only working intermittently at the sleep log didn’t record properly.
I have tried the restart at least 3 times but attaching it to the charger and holding the button. But it never vibrates and because the display won’t work I never see the smiley face.
it was working perfectly fine until yesterday.
Anyone know what’s wrong with it?
