Dear fitbit team,

 

I'd purchased fitbit inspire HR last month. It was a great purchase, as it was running fine.

 

Today, a new problem with the device is noticed i.e. the display of the device is not working(only the smile face is getting displayed) and also the green light is not working.

 

Kindly requested to revert a solution at the earliest.

Hi @Rithin  Try restarting your Inspire several times, but ifbthat doesnt fix it, please come back here.

Tried restarting the device. But then also the screen is not waking up. Kindly revert another solution to the problem.

Could you please confirm that the heart rate is on. Please go to Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?

Dear andreafitbit,

 

Kindly tell me, when the display is not waking up after several restarts and the issue is with display or the software part. How I can determine whether the heart rate is on?

 

I tried restarting the device - then the smiley is showing up on the display of the device - then the device vibrates.- after that nothing is displayed on the display of the device - only random vibrations are coming up.

 

I've purchased fitbit device, believing that the company is trustworthy. Hoping that I'm not wrong.

 

Awaiting for your proper response/reply to the issue.

Thanks for getting back to us @Rithin.  I´m not able to determine if your device's situation is related with the display or the software since I don't have the needed tools to determine that. 

 

If the green lights turn on and you're able to sync your device, you can tell if the heart rate is on.
