Use Inspire HR without GPS and Bluetooth

Hi!

This might sound weird but can I still use my inspire HR without having GPS and Bluetooth on all the time? What would be the consequenses of this?

The device needs bluetooth to synchronise, right? But if I would turn it on every now and then, I could synchronise manually, won't I?

Welcome to the forums!

 

GPS does not turn on unless you start a GPS app to walk or run.

 

Bluetooth you can turn off on your Phones Settings. But when you want to sync you will need to turn it back on to sync
