Display not working

Hi. Last night my display went fuzzy, followed by a sad face, followed by complete outage. It’s vibrating, syncing and tracking fine, but no display. I’ve done restart after restart and still nothing. Thanks in advance

I am having this same issue with one difference: my Inspire HR does not vibrate as all, even when attached to the charging cord. It does charge and it does sync with my iPhone as I can see on the Fitbit app that it is tracking steps and my heart rate. But nothing displays on the screen and  there are no responses to taps. Like Marissa1212, I don't swim or shower with my tracker but it may have gotten while washing dishes. I too bought my Fitbit in September of  2019 , so it is not yet one year old.

Thanks for the details that were shared with me. To resolve the issue you're experiencing with your device, please try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
