Display too dim and exercise tracking issue

The light on the screen is to dim. I can barely see it. Even at night. And also it is not recording my exercise correctly. I swam for 45 min and it didn't even show I sec. I also walked 5km and it didn't record that either. Help please. I rely on it to keep me motivated

Hi @Nanilea, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire following the below steps. This process should resolve your display brightness and exercise tracking issue:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
