I have had my Inspire HR for less than a year and over the course of the past 11 months, it has occasionally (more like a handful of times) gone black and would charge and record things, but the screen would take at least a day to come back on. Two days ago, mine did it again and yesterday afternoon it completely stopped working. The green sensor light on the bottom use to flash all the time when off and now it no longer does. I’ve tried plugging it in but it want so anything (I had just fully charged it before it stopped working). It came on for about 30 seconds last night and the screen flashed several times and the numbers where all messed up, but then it went black and is literally done. Trying to figure out how I go about using the warranty to get it replaced but I have yet to receive an email back from anyone. Any help is appreciated.
