hello, my new fitbit inspire HR is drastically undercounting my steps. i can tell when i use my gps for running. sometimes the difference is up to about half a mile. i have tried the advanced setting and changing my stride length but it still seems to not measure as accurately with my previous fitbit, the charge 3.
This is very frustrating, please let me know what i can do to fix the situation.

Hi @lisabeth5900, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to route your exercise with the connected-GPS feature of your Inspire HR? How many times you experienced this situation? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and check: How accurate is my GPS data captured by my Fitbit device?
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.
