Hi,

I just got a Fitbit inspire and for some reason my Fitbit is calculating steps and distance all wrong.

i can be sitting still and it’s telling me I’ve done 0.11km and 169 steps?
clearly this is wrong, before I send back can anyone help?

Just send it back. I bought an HR a year ago. Had the same problem. Very irritating. A quick dive into the threats at the community made very clear that this issue is already there for a while. And they don’t fix it. I returned my HR. Was just looking today if Fitbit would have fixed the issue you describe. My conclusion: not.
