Distance and speed sound is no longer working while I walk. All notifications are set to “on”.

Thank you for letting us know that some of your notifications are not working.

 

You can receive time or distance-based updates on your Fitbit Inspire 2 during a workout. For instructions on how to activate them, please visit this article and open the menu "Can I track splits or laps with my Fitbit device?".

 
If you are referring to the voice cues available in the Fitbit app only, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I use the Fitbit app to capture GPS data?" and follow the instructions.

Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.  Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app (this could prevent the app from running in the background, thus preventing it from recording your GPS activity correctly). Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Hope this helps.
