When I made a connection between my cellphone and my new Inspire HR the downloading started. But every time it stops at 32% and then it seems to have lost the connection. After 5 minutes the downloading process starts again at 0% en stops at 32 % and over again...
Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Are you trying to update the firmware version of your device? Downloading the Fitbit app? More details will be appreciated.

thank you for answering. I'm not used to type in English. I'm sorry if I'm not spelling everything correct.
I have the Fitbit app on my cellphone Nokia 3.2. But I can't get the update on my new device. So the screen stays on the fitbit logo. When I start the update, there's a flat line on my Fitbit device. But at 32% the device shows again the Fitbit logo and the downloading stops. So I can't do anything with it. I've already restarted the Fitbit device, my cellphone en deleted the app and I have again installed it. But nothing seems to work.
