Dear Fitbit Community,
I have a Fitbit Inspire HR, it has been working fine for a while but now it has seemed to not be working. I plugged it in and help the button to reboot the system, but that just resulted in a smiley face on the screen for some time but then just turned black. I left it alone in charging for some time and now I see there are letters reading MKVMITRZ, and then below that number reading 001. I was looking through the forums and have gotten to know that that means the Fitbit Inspire HR has some kind of error. I hope you can get back to me and help me fix my problem. Thank You.
