Hello. My Active Zone minutes for Saturday shows 42 minutes. I went swimming, so I did exercise. But it also says "2 minutes in heart rate zones," and the graphic under "Active Zone Min" clearly shows heart rate barely into the moderate zone. ^1
This does not add up at all. How do they get from "two minutes" to "42 minutes?"
Thank you, Alex
^1 Also in a separate section under "Heart," similar graphic. And thirdly, altho I was swimming 32 minutes in real life, but plausible that it was low / moderate intensity

Active Zone Minutes are usually calculated based on the intensity of the exercise. Your heart rate needs to be above a certain BPM for it to count.
