For it to show information you have to be using a Charge 3, Ionic or Versa. See: Help article: How do I track my estimated oxygen variation in the Fitbit app?

It's been since March 18th and still no EOV information. I can only assume this is an ongoing problem. Yes every thing the article said to do has been done to my Charge 3, still not working. I see this is something not being taking to task. Was nice when it worked but to just stop without any answer why!
Hello @TriciaJul and welcome to the Help forums. This thread got hijacked by some Charge 3 users, but it is in the Inspire/Inspire HR forum. You don't say what tracker you are using and that makes a big difference. The Inspire HR doesn't have the hardware to give an EOV graph.
What tracker do you use? The EOV graph is on Ionic/Versa family/Charge 3. The EOV isn't a premium feature and is available to all users with the right hardware.

Best AnswerCharge 3. FYI the EOV started working again on April 4th.

Has anybody got a true solution from Fitbit ? Saying to be sure you are using a Charge 3 is not a good answer. For me, the estimated oxygen variation worked well from February to the 30th of April. Now it's blank. I also noticed the red led is no longer lid at night as it was just before.

@SunsetRunner it may not have answered your question but it did explain why the person with an Inspire was having issues. Other questions should be asked in a separate thread rather than hijack this one.
Best AnswerSorry to offend you. I though this was a forum and other people also stated having the same problem with there Charge 3. Just wanted to know the solution.
By the way, my Charge 3 's red led started working at midnight. I found the reason.
Have a nice day.
Hi all, I have the Charge 4. I have the EOV box on the app but zero data on oxygen. I’ll keep looking on the forum for info related to Charge 4 but this is where the site initially directed me.
also, I’ve followed the steps previously mentioned - charged the Fitbit, cleaned off back of it where the sensors are. And I don’t move much when I sleep (sometimes wake up in same position 😳)
