Can you get an exact fitness score with this fit bit as I am only getting an Range despite logging my running? X

According to the help file on this (see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2096/ ) you need to track your runs using GPS to avoid getting a range. Was this how you logged your runs?

Is it possible to see your exact fitness score with decimals?
(Fitbit charge 3, running with gps)

Yes I did, I used to have a charge 2 and it worked perfectly with that model but with the inspire hr it seems stuck on a range 😞

I have the same issue with Inspire HR, I always see an interval and never saw a fixed number. My husband has a Charge 3 and he got a fixed number after his first GPS run.
I've tracked over 10 runs with GPS, each at least 20min long. I've been using an iPhone 7 for the GPS tracking.
@CJMacf did you get it resolved?

I made this same switch too, from a Charge 2 to an Inspire HR - because I wanted something smaller and waterproof. I had an exact fitness score for more than 12 months with my Charge 2 but since I switched to the Inspire I only get a range - and even though I run at least once per week using GPS and have done for months now, I cannot get a specific score.
Has anyone with an Inspire HR got an exact fitness score???

I mailed Fitbit support and unfortunately got a copy and paste reply about doing all the things I explained to them in my original email that I already do. Very disappointing.
At this point I really just want to know if anyone with an Inspire HR has a specific Cardio Fitness score or not.
