I've had my fitbit Inspire 2 for a month now and it is using excessive data. How do I stop that or change it (in simple terms please)? It's connected to a Samsung tablet as I don't have a cell phone.

Assuming your tablet is connected to wi-fi, just turn off mobile data on your tablet. I'm not familiar with Samsung but it would be in the tablet Settings.

Thank you for your reply. There is nowhere to turn off mobile data on it. I don't pay for any data but our home internet package has charged a lot more due to fitbit use.

I don't think there's nothing you can do to solve that except you want to block the Fitbit app for using mobile data..
I would like us to go for challenges, hope you don't mind sending me a friend request.
