Exercise Heart Rate zone detail totally wrong

Issue happened since this Monday.

All the details are wrong. The heart beat data is right.

Please, could you provide more details about what is the information that is not correct about the heart rate zone?

Dear, let's use the first image for example.

The red colour heart rate should be the cardio but it said 0 minutes cardio.

The orange colour heart rate should be fat burn and it's obvious more than 10 minutes, do you agree?

Hi @guaiyetta. Thanks for your feedback. 

I suggest you perform troubleshooting in your Fitbit app following these steps:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
4. Check if the heart rate zone details are working properly now.

Hi, thanks for the reply and after I tried what you told me, everything is the same and doesn't change at all. They are still wrong.

By the way here is the capture for me setting the heart rate zone to default. It's default for the whole time so I don't know why it suddenly came wrong.

 Good news that now it seems correct even the previous sport data didn't fixed.
