I’m assuming your talking about the exercise app within the Inspire 2 itself. If that’s the case try restarting your Inspire 2 and see if that fixes the issue. Just plug your Fitbit into its charger then hold down the buttons on the side until you see a small smiley icon the release the buttons. Sync your Inspire 2 then check to see if your exercise app reappeared.
If you mean the exercise tile in the Fitbit app then go to your Fitbit app, tap edit in the top right side of the Today page. Scroll down and find the exercise tile then tap add. Then simply scroll back up to the top of your screen and tap done in the upper right corner.
