I got a warranty replacement inspire hr and it has stopped counting exercise as active minutes. The issue was sporadic but now doesn't work at all. I can program exercise on the band and in the app and it logs the exercise just fine but will always say 0 active minutes. I can do 40 minutes on the elliptical with a heart rate of 140+ and nothing. I've tried restarting everything several times. Did I just get a bad device?

For the past 4 years my exercise would always count as active minutes, and friends on fitbit still get active minutes for their exercise so I don't think that's accurate at all.
