Exercise not recorded Inspire HR

My Inspire HR sometimes doesn't record my 30 minutes run but sometimes it will record it. I checked the settings and it's suppose to record running/walking for more than 15 minutes as exercises. 

Also the battery life is hardly 2.5 days. I bought it 2 months ago.

Hi @DH11 Try restarting your Inspire several times. That usually fixes exercise recording problems. Restart your tracker

As far as battery life is concerned, it is advertised as up to 5 days. But that depends on what you have turned on. If you lokk atit frequently, have all day sync on and have notifications on the battery life will be considerably less and 5 days. 2 1/2 days doesnt sound unreasonable to me, depending (as I said) on what you are doing withnit.
