Exercise options stuck inspire hr

Hi I have searched this but the only responses have been to restart which I have tried several times and it hasn't worked, my exercise option shows run then Pilates for all the other options, can anyone suggest a fix it do I need to ring and get it try and sync or with options not working, it has only given me notifications a few times in the couple of months I've had it as well. Thanks in advance

I have exactly the same issue for a few days now. No syncing helps and set up also does not work as it says ''Something went wrong''. Help, please and thanks in advance.

My hr inspire is the same wont let me swipe up to track my runs have googled it and nothing is helping me

Mine just randomly corrected itself a few days after this, really not impressed with the reliability of these I certainly wouldnt be recommending them to anyone
