I got my Fitbit as a Christmas present and I’ve been using it since December at first everything was great but since April it’s been failing to track my sleep, failing to auto recognise exercise such as running or walking and the push notifications for the hourly steps aren’t showing. I’ve reset the device but nothing has changed. At first I was ok with only registering steps but I want to take it a bit more seriously now and I can’t figure out how to get it to work properly. I’ve reset the device I’ve reset targets etc I’ve deleted and downloaded the app again and I’m at a loss

I am experiencing the same issues. It’s not tracking anything it seems. It also will not hold a charge. I just opened the box about a week and a half ago and even paid for a premium membership. Im very frustrated at this point and don’t know what my options are.
