Though my steps are showing , my Fitbit has stopped showing time walked, active zones etc. 

I have followed advice to log out, turn off phone and log back in, but it has not worked. 
how do I get this feature back?

Have fixed it by changing setting on Fitbit. 
there is a setting option of: wrist or ??? ( can’t remember). It needs to be wrist. 

mine started working again today when I changed it. 

I hadn’t changed it! 🤦‍:female_sign:

 

sorry I can’t remember details. I used chat option to find out how to fix.
