I am looking for a device that will record my heart rate while I am sleeping and that will allow me to export the HR data for analysis. Does the fitbit Inspire HR continuously record heart rate during sleep? Can the HR data during sleep be exported? If so, what is the time resolution of the exported data?
Thanks for your help.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @SunsetRunner , let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
Thanks for posting your question here, we're very interesting in having your opinion about exporting HR data. With Fitbit you can track your heart rate continuously and automatically during the day, if the feature is turn on. About the reports that you can see with Fitbit you will find all the details here: How do I export my Fitbit account data?
You will find more information about this tool here: Updates to Fitbit Data Export
Let me know if you need more help with your Fitbit.

@YojanaFitbit thanks for the reply. I read through the entire post you referenced and I would conclude the fitbit Inspire HR does not have a way to export heart rate recorded during sleep, and if it does, the data is very coarse. If I am incorrect, I would appreciate a post explaining how the data I am looking for can be exported.
