Hello,
I have had my fitbit for over 2 years now and in some menus the touch is not working properly. For example, I cannot manually start a training as I cannot click the start button. For this, I got recommended to use a factory reset (soft reset I already tried), but I cannot click on "remove user data". Some other things in the settings menu, I can click on, but the removal of the user data is not possible. What should I do?

Hi @Hanna186 I can't think of any way to reset without touch, but contact Fitbit Support and see if they are able to help you.
