Hi
I bought and inspire tracker got it set up with my Samsung Galaxy note 8. After using I realized it was not recording what I needed as far as the sleep information so I want to return it and get the Inspire HR.
I have tried following all of the instructions through fit bit but the fit bit watch is still retaining my data.
My account@fitbit.com is on the 7 day grace period before it's permanently wiped out.
How can I erase all data from the fit bit device itself so that I can get it returned?

Welcome to the forums!
You do not need to erase it. Once it is set up by someone else it will wipe out all of your data and start over for them.
Just make sure to sync it one last time and remove it from Bluetooth
Also you did not need to delete your account. You could of just set up the new one on that account to continue on. Now if you want to use it before the 7 day grace period you will need to use a different email address
