Feedback about Fitbit Inspire HR

This Fitbit quality is absolutely terrible in many ways. First, the Fitbit does not read my heart rate accurately. When I am sprinting, a really tiring activity that consumes most of my energy, causing my heart to beat extremely fast, the Fitbit reads my heart rate as 119 BPM, which is the same heartbeat I would normally get while jogging slowly. Also, the Fitbit will have a hard time connecting to my device, and even when connected, it would not load any data of my exercise. Now, you may think that this is only because I have received a bad quality Fitbit , but I have many classmates who have experienced the same thing that I have. For example, my friend did a long, tiring, biking exercise for about 45 minutes, but it only read his heartbeat at 101 BPM. Another classmate of mine said that while he was exercising, his Fitbit would somehow exit out of the exercise mode and return to the home menu, as if he did nothing at all and had just turned on the Fitbit . Even when he was able to get his exercise done, it was not able to load to his Fitbit app, which I tried helping him with.

I've only had this Fitbit for 2 weeks in order to fulfill my summer online P.E. requirements for school, and I have experienced both of what my friend and what my classmate has experienced. Please fix your terrible Fitbit quality and I recommend you don't ever produce something as bad as this. At least give a it a thorough test to see if it's even decent. If you understand, you should try perfecting the previous terrible quality Fitbit that you have produced before, instead of just trying to produce more. This way, you will have at least one or two Fitbit that are worth buying.

What you mentioned that is currently happening with your HR reading is not normal. Heart rate may be affected by any number of factors at a given moment. Movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication use are just a few things that can affect your heart rate. You can check these wearing tips and restart your Inspire HR if the issue persists.

 

About the syncing issues with your Fitbit, please confirm that your device meets the requirements to connect with Fitbit. What mobile device you're using? Have you tried the suggested steps here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

We might have to see each case separately, you can suggest your friend and classmate to get in touch with us to give them a hand with this too. How are you tracking you bike activities? I'd like to have more details about the issues that you're having with the display of your Inspire HR. Is this also starting a new activity or changing to a different option from the display? This information is really helpful to us.
