Continually not recording sleep, not syncing exercise, sometimes not even recording exercise.

Have to reset often and reinstall every few days as cannot find device.

Now app has lost all info and cannot reinstall app as says fitbit.com not available.

No help from Fitbit at all, wish I'd never bought it as it absolutely useless. Just get fobbed off with thank you for telling us - not much use to me!

I've messaged them well over 20 times and get no help back.

Just fobbed off with the standard Fitbit response like yours ... 'We strive to do our best'- blah blah blah... and 'We can see you have reinstalled, reset, charged' etc etc but still won't do anything to help you!

This doesn't help as it is not fixing or replacing a useless Fitbit that I cannot rely on and have totally wasted my money on.

Suppose everyone is just waiting to then tell me 'it's out of warranty'.

Other people who I know have had Fitbit problems have spoken highly of the support they have had sorting them but I cannot and will not be saying the same.

Absolutely no help or customer service.
