I have downloaded the fitbit app for windows 10 onto my laptop and have synced my wifes inspire hr to it and it works fine. I have now purchased an inspire hr and am trying to download a second windows app to sync my device to but all i get is "app already installed" and it will not let me download it a second time.....can i somehow download it a second time to connect my device to Thanks Phil

Hello @phil1507 I am pretty sure what you need to do is log out your wife's account, then log in with your account. I say this because this what you do when there are two users, but one phone. I do not use Windows 10.
Do either or both of you have compatible smartphones? That would make this sooooooo much easier.

Thanks for that. I have now synced mine with my ipad and left my wifes on the laptop.Was hoping to get them both on the laptop but I will take your advice and use the easy route.....
