Hello,
My FitBit Inspire HR has not synced since Aug.24. I think it may be due to changing my watch from the original factory version to the Cat one. I think the Cat watch may have a bug that may of stopped it from syncing after that. Only twice has it been able to sync by itself again but not long enough that I can change the clock back to my old one. Its been 1 week now since it last synced and I tried everything suggested in the FitBit help guide to try to get it to sync again. I removed my app 2-3 times and reinstalled, force stopped it several times, turned off and on the Bluetooth, but nothing works. Have not tried those things in a week but whats the use if it did not help before. I can't turn off my watch because it has no way to turn it off and on again unless I drain my battery and kill it. And I do not own a smartphone, I have a cheap Android RCA Viking Pro that I use my FitBit app on instead. Can someone please help and suggest what to do (kill my watch, try the steps I did before, or go out and buy a replacement FitBit Inspire HR?) and tell me if their suffering from the same issues as me?

Hi @Haleybear1 Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List. That doesnt mean it wont work, but it does mean there may be problems, and if there are, no one will be working towards getting it going again. However try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
