Fitbit App - Internet Connection Required

Top of main screen on app keep stating "No Internet Connection" and also when trying to log food using the bar-code scanner, states "Internet connection Required to check scanned item." Phone is definately connected to internet, all other apps connected too. 

Any ideas how to rectify this problem?

@Trojan2707 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not connecting to the internet. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
