I have had my Inspire HR for a few weeks now. Love it but it has been a ton of problems. Most resolve themselves. The most annoying isn't. No live heartbeat or step feed on the app. It used to, for the first two weeks. Hasn't in the last week.
General Information: Inspire HR
Android OS on phone
All up to date
Have restarted Inspire
Have restarted Bluetooth
Have had Bluetooth forget and reconnect
Have restarted Phone
Have restarted App
Uninstall and Reinstall
Log out and log in
Always connected is on
I have done all the above I multiple combinations as well as all at once. Still no live feed. What's next?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not reading your heart rate and thank you for thoroughly troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I have created a ticket so our Support can further assist you via email.

No worries and thank you for doing the ticket. It is tracking my steps and heartbeat wonderfully now and going well.

Redact previous statement, seems nearly as soon as I replied to this and the support ticket saying everything was working now it stopped again. Went back through the steps and am back to where I was, no live counts.
