In the last month, the Fitbit app on my iPhone has been repeatedly crashing. It’s also extremely slow and become increasingly hard to use. My whole family of 5 uses the Fitbit app and all have found the same. We are all iPhone users. Please can Fitbit look into fixing this bug?

Sorry to hear about this affecting you and your family. Please try logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date. If the issue persists then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
