My Fitbit app will open as per normal however I am unable to click to view a better breakdown of anything within the exercise section, daily steps etc. when I click on these, nothing happens. I have tried restarting app, restarting phone, reinstalling app (which was a nightmare as it wouldn’t download - when it did, the app worked again for 24 hours then froze again)

Hi, @lindsayg1989 , other people have reported this (and it happened to me too). Fitbit is aware, but my understanding is that it was fixed. For most people the solution is to redownload the app. That worked for me. I am hoping that for some reason your re-download went wrong - taking a long time for you might be a clue.
Even though it was a pain - hopefully it won’t be such a pain a second time - I would suggest deleting your app completely first (make sure it is gone; you won’t lose any data, just make sure you know your email address and password). Once it has been deleted, re-download and log in again. Hopefully this time the fix will stick!

I have deleted my app, bluetooth and iPhone, then re-install them but it still freezing. WhAt more can I do?
