My wife's Fitbit HR with app installed on iPhone 6, Synching working properly but when in Today none of the apps are working, click on any including steps, no response. Should I reinstall app?
Best Answer@Burnside1 , yes, I would recommend reinstalling the app. Make sure your wife knows her email address she used for set up and her password. No data will be lost.

Best AnswerThanks for posting, I’m having exactly the same problem - also iPhone 6 & Inspire HR. Was fine until today. Syncing ok but can not access any detailed breakdowns. Noticed there was an update for the app but no improvement after carrying it out. Have tried all the usual fixes, like resetting phone, closing down all apps etc. Have you managed to overcome? If you re-install app do you lose data? Thanks & good luck
Best AnswerHi, @Bellemonkey you will not lose any data. Just make sure when you open the app you choose “log in” and not “join Fitbit” and you log back in with the same email address you used previously.
