Fitbit Connectivity Issue Causing Audio Problems on iPhone 7

I am writing this regarding a critical issue I am experiencing with my Fitbit Inspire HR 2 and iPhone 7.

Recently, after syncing my Fitbit with the iPhone 7, I encountered difficulties with call audio during regular and WhatsApp calls. Specifically, I cannot hear anything, the speaker icon is disabled, and I am unable to record audio.

This problem started when attempting to connect my Fitbit device, and since then, standard troubleshooting steps such as restarting the iPhone, factory reset, iOS re-installation, and Bluetooth disconnection have not resolved the issue.

Notably, when using AirPods, call audio functions perfectly, indicating a possible issue with Fitbit's Bluetooth connection. The Fitbit device notifies me of incoming calls, which means iPhone recognizes the call.

Any guidance or steps someone can provide to restore normal functionality to my iPhone 7 would be greatly appreciated.
