Fitbit HR cannot read anything except the time

My Fitbit will not do anything it just shows me the time all of a sudden I can't even swipe the screen and find out any stats I tried to turn it on and off and that doesn't seem to be changing anything. Any advice?

Hi @Ginapasta Try restarting it a few times (not  sure if that is what you have already tried). If that doesn't help then contact Support.
