I just got a Fitbit hr. Yesterday it had a clockface on it, but after charging it & went to try to use/see it for the first time there's just a line across the screen and I can't get it to do anything. I saw on utube if you change the faceclock it might work, but when I go into the app and try to pick one they say not compatible. I'm at a loss:(  

has anyone else had this problem?

I did an update and that brought the screen back, but so how would I change the clock screen to one that has the steps along with time and that is free for the inspire HR

Sorry...also it has calories burned (& accumulating) & I haven't worn it, can I clear it?
