Hi all, can anyone help me please! My Fitbit seems to be working fine but cannot get it to sync to my app on my iPhone. I have tried everything, rebooted the Fitbit twice, turned off Bluetooth/reconnected, deleted and re-downloaded the app…deleted the Fitbit from my account to re-add but now it can’t connect…so it finds it but cannot connect…I don’t know what to do?

I’m having the same problem. Fitbit works just fine and everything seems normal. It’s also connecting to my phone just fine but it will not sync in the app. This definitely seems like it’s a problem with the app

I've tried that multiple times. Still not syncing. This all started because several tiles completely disappeared - and cannot even be seen in the "edit" feature anymore. I'm completely frustrated.

This is exactly what's happening to me now. I've spent days trying to recover lost tiles that have completely disappeared. And now this.

This is happening to me today. The time is wrong and I have tried it all ie reinstalling, restarting, rebooting, and I have done this many, many times. Only get as far as 4 digit code and then message on Fitbit about downloading app. Anyone out there that can help me?

I made contact with Fitbit via Twitter. @FitbitSupport Do a search for this on Twitter. They were very helpful. I’m sorry, I can’t remember what I had to do but they will respond if you contact them.
