Fitbit Inspire Bluetooth Not Connection iPhone

Hi all,

I recently got a Fitbit Inspire and have been unable to get it to connect to my iPhone, which is an iPhone XS MAX. My phone has been able to connect to other Bluetooth devices without issue. I do not own any other Fitbit devices and I have made sure they are not enabled when trying to connect the Inspire.

I have followed the troubleshooting steps as detailed here (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872) as well as some additional recommendations which I have found on this forum, none of which have worked. I have checked that my iPhone is running the latest version of iOS and I have installed (and uninstalled/reinstalled) the latest version of the Fitbit app.

When running through the setup process in the app, I can agree to the T&Cs however when getting to the connecting screen eventually a "No Bluetooth Connection" screen is shown, suggesting to carry out the steps in the link above. While this is happening the Fitbit logo is displayed onscreen of the Inspire with the fitbit.com/setup link. After restarting my iPhone and the Fitbit Inspire and following these steps I'm still having no luck.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks.

Sorry this is a Fitbit HR, not a standard Fitbit.
