Hi, my Fitbit inspire has stopped working, There's nothing showing on the screen and the normal reset process doesn't work - nothing showing or happening on screen. What can I do?

My Fitbit Inspire stopped working this afternoon.  I can't get anything on the screen at all, no time, no exercise icon...nothing.

The app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) is working fine and the app shows the Fitbit is fully charged.

What's up Fitbit?

I bought mine yesterday and while setting up it stopped and nothing. I've tried every suggestion I've come across in these forums and nothing works. I'm so sad.
