Fitbit Inspire HR Dead

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit inspire hr went black and it still had 1/2 battery life left. It vibrates and the green lights on the back are off. It won’t charge. Ive tried the suggestions to put on the charger and hit the side button for 5 seconds and change the clock face but to no avail. I just bought this about a month ago from the Fitbit online store and I’m extremely disappointed.

Hello,

My wife's Inspire HR hasn't been charging or syncing for a few days now.

Reset (charge +5 sec hold/) yielded a smile and a vibration, but the device isn't going back on. Every now and then the device vibrates, but otherwise it's all dead. It has no scratches, no falls and no water damage, so dunno what the issue is. The only thing I can think of is that it wasn't synced for a while, but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

I've written to support as well.

Any help would be useful and I'll post any replies I get.

Thanks

This is the second Fitbit inspire hr I have had and the first one I had did exactly as you explain. Then today the second one has done the same. The battery died then can’t get anything up on screen even when on charge but randomly keeps vibrating. Must be something wrong with battery’s in these. I previously had an Alta and this lasted years.

My inspire did the same thing. It was charged and was working fine. My phone rang & realized my  fitbit didnt vibrate.  Looked down and the screen was black. I have had it on the charger for a hour now. It wont turn on or vibrate.  The Fitbit  app shows that its not connected anymore. Tried  to restart with no avail.

My Fitbit HR died today. I tried holding the button while it's on the charger but that hasn't worked.

Can I get through to support as well? My Fit Inspire HR completely died today. On half a charge I went for a run and came home and it is dead. No screen, no vibration, no HR lights. I attempted to charge, I attempted to reset, I even attempted to factory reset. No reaction at all. Please help.

Support doesn't answer nor has any new "ideas" to try...I gave up and bought a versa, but now am having issues with the versa and synching...I'm about done with fibit...it's obviously a fitbit flaw either in the product itself or the app....
