Hi, The loop on my strap (that the end of the strap goes through) has broken - there's nothing wrong with the strap, but without my being able to tuck it into the loop there is a danger that the strap will come undone and I will lose my Fitbit. Can Fitbit send me a new loop? Bit silly, but the replacement strap that came with my Fitbit came without a loop. Thanks

The loop fits on the end that stays on the pebble when switching sizes.
I looked into this once before, and all I could find on Amazon was a bundle of loops that were going to cost nearly as much as some of their third-party straps. Plus it seemed to me it would be very tough to fit a new loop over either end of that part of the strap.
But feel free to check with Fitbit, especially if within warranty. If no luck, I would consider looking at new third-party straps on Amazon, very reasonably priced.
