Fitbit Inspire HR died

I bought this Fitbit Inspire new on February 22, 2020. While out of town it died on Sunday. When I returned home on Monday I fully charged it and reset it. Then the heart rate stopped working. So I did the charge and reset again, now the green lights aren’t working and nothing is displayed when I take it off the charger. I’ve checked for firmware updates, it’s up to date.

Hi @Assaka115 — it sounds like you inspire is not really charging for some reason and that your battery is flat. Does it vibrate when you attach it to the charger (an indication that power is being delivered)? If not, try wiggling it a bit to make sure the attachment is good.  Are you able to see a smiley face displayed when you attach it to your charger? If so, that would indicate it is fully charged. If not, then not.  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1799.htm?Highlight=Charging%20my%20inspire. If you cannot get it to work, you are in the warranty period so contact customer support and they will help you fix it or replace it.
