Things started out well with my Inspire when I bought it about 6 weeks ago. The sync connection has been slow but all of the functions seemed to.....well.....function. This week, the sleep icon has gone grey and stopped recording my sleep and the days of activity has now joined "sleep" in going grey and not keeping track. What's the deal ? I did the update, I've restarted....I'm super frustrated with this device. I want my Flex back. It was unsophisticated and always worked ! Any advice for me ?

Let me help you with our Inspire not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. For the syncing issues I would like to know which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
For the activities and sleep you could try clearing your information and setup your device again.

Having same problem, sleep icon greyed out.
