Fitbit Inspire HR does not register workout

Since yesterday my Fitbit Inspire HR no longer registers my workouts. It registers the walk to the gym as a "walk", since it is longer than 15 minutes, but it does not register the workout itself at all.

 

Yesterday I thought it was because my heart rate did not go up that much, but today's was an intense cardio workout and it registered absolutely nothing. I did not do any weight training so it can not have been my wrist movement that has been causing this, what could it be? It was working fine last week and I have not changed anything.

       I heard you have been having problems with your Fitbit Inspire HR   

can you do a system update? That may help. If the problem becomes extremely hard for you to use your Inspire HR then send it back to Fitbit.com
