My fitbit stopped working. I charged it to 97% then it wouldn't turn on. A smiley face came up and it vibrated. I followed the directions to charge it again and pressed the button but nothing has happened. I've only had it since April.

Hi, I started having the exact same problem a few days ago and charged my Fitbit and restarted it like the help said to do but am still having the same problem. I only bought mine in May. I would love to know how to fix this. Thanks
