Fitbit Inspire HR is not pairing

my watch is not pairing but if it does Bluetooth goes off then can't repair

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to resolve problems during the set up process and check all the necessary requirements to sync. 

 

In addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing the same inconvenience, and make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
