My wife's Fitbit Inspire HR has had the following issues in less than a year:
1. Charging unit overheated, and melted one of the charging connections on the charging unit.
2. Poor charging performance due to the previous incident
3. Display won't come on when she turns her wrist to check whatever
4. While programmed correctly, she cannot receive alerts from her Iphone for calls or text messages
I bought my wife a Fitbit Inspire HR thru Amazon in December of 2019, putting it still within the 1 year Fitbit warranty. Amazon's 30 day warranty has expired.
Moderator edit: subject for clarity
I'm finding it difficult to find a good path to contact Fitbit regarding their warranty.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rod
