Fitbit Inspire HR - no sleeping data

Hello,

From one day to the next ... no sleeping data anymore and I already did a restart but is not helping.

Hi again !
When you do a restart, you have to wait one or 2 days to see the sleeping
data again ...it worked for me last time ... So this time I am waiting for
one or 2 days more and hope to see the sleeping time again....
I hope for you the same.

I just want to let you know that after a restart, I waited for a couple of
days and the sleeping data came back.

Hello. I have not had sleep data recorded for about a year now. Restarts gave done nothing to help.

Why don't you go back to the shop where you bought your Fitbit ?
Maybe with your waranty ?
